Educational Programs for Children and Youth
Support your child’s spiritual journey through our weekly programs of readings, activities, and discussions for these offerings:
Discussions about the spiritual journey occur every Sunday, year-around, and cultivate children's experience of the Divine through community, prayer, sacred narratives, imagination, reflection, play, art, and engaging music. Where is your child on the journey?

Nursery and Child Care
Nursery and Childcare Care for infants and children ages 4 and under is provided in Room 4 from 9:45 am through the 10:15 am service. This time offers more than just babysitting; offering an active curriculum and expert in child care to guide little ones in a life-engaging experience every Sunday. The spiritual journey starts here! Childcare for other church events can be arranged by calling the church office.
We also have these special activities:
Children ages 8 and up can make music in a bell choir that meets every Sunday at 11:15 am and is led by choir director, Dr. Darryl King.
Every Sunday, children and youth gather for Youth Worship at 10:15 in Vance Chapel. This time is a celebration of life and the Divine and includes engaging music, reading of Sacred narrative, and prayer. Journey then meets at 10:30 in Rooms 1, 2 and 3.
