Wellness Classes
- Cardio/Tone for older active adults meets Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9 am in McNear Hall.
Cost is $3.50 per class. This class combines a cardio workout with weight bearing exercises, resistance and balance work. - Gentle Yoga meets Wednesdays at 5:30 pm and Saturdays at 9:30 am in McNear Hall.
Bring a sticky mat. Cost is $5 per class.
Instructor Dora Radin specializes in classes for the older adult and has been AFAA certified since 1989.

American Medical ID Bracelets
Do you or anyone you know have a medical condition, allergy, or other consideration that others should know about if you became incapacitated? The American Medical ID sells bracelets and necklaces, starting at $21.95, to denote such important health concerns. I have information on these that I will be happy to provide to interested individuals. Call the church office if you are interested in more information.
Medical Supply Lending Closet
CACC-UCC has a few medical supplies that are available to individuals for short term use on a sign out basis. The supplies must be signed out through the office. After use, the item should be cleaned before returning and being signed back in.
- Wheelchairs
- Walkers
- Crutches
- Quad cane
- Over-bed table
- Raised toilet seats
- Bath bench (needs some assembly for use)
