This is our Church Library and everyone is invited to visit it for browsing, reading and checking out material to use and enjoy. Its purpose is to help individuals in their personal and spiritual growth.
The Mason Memorial Library has over 1,200 fiction books and 2,700 non-fiction books and is one of the most complete and outstanding Church libraries in the area. Books are acquired with monies from the Library Endowment Fund, gifts, and memorials.
We are continuing to add to our growing collection of books in large print.
Mason Memorial Library was begun under the direction of Orpha Mason, a long-time teacher and librarian in the Tucson area. She fervently believed in the importance of reading in everyone's life, and was the guiding force in establishing our fine library. The library was originally named in memory of her husband, but now the name is in honor of both Mr. and Mrs. Mason. Our beloved Mrs. Mason died in 1999 at the age of 105, but there is no stronger legacy here at CACC-UCC than hers in our library.
