Earlier in the month Peggy Gluski surprised her husband, Council President George Gluski, with a birthday cake at Coffee Time between services. Daughter Heather served the cake. Later George and Pastor Lee Milligan explained the church's proposed new bylaws at an informal Q&A meeting.
